INTERNSHIPS

WHC-TV offers internships in exchange for college credit to help students develop production and life skills.  Internships can be taylored to a students academic and personal goals.  Opportunities exits in

PRODUCTION: Operate studio cameras, videotape events and develop editing skills with our new final cut editing suite.  Practice directing in a multi-camera environment.

WEB:  Facebook, Twitter and Photo Galleries, Oh My!  Help us keep our RSS feeds current.  Great for writers, bloggers and web designers.

EDUCATION/TRAINING:  Thanks to our new "Be The Media' project, we have cameras embedded at 30 locations in town including all West Hartford Public Schools.  Use our manual and training techniques to train and encourage school personnel to use their FLIP HD Cameras to their fullest potential.  Great experience for teaching, marketing and public relations managers.   If you want to work for non-profits, this is an excellent internship.
