About West Hartford Community Television

West Hartford Community Television, WHC-TV, is the only channel that gives West Hartford residents:

• the opportunity to express your views on television
• a channel that keeps you informed about your community
• television training and career exploration
• live coverage of school and government meetings and elections
• televised electronic calendar of local events

WHC-TV is a non-profit, public, education and government access station which telecasts on Channel 5 on the Comcast cable system in West Hartford. WHC-TV provides an alternative to other cable and broadcast stations by presenting non-commercial, "homegrown" programming. Programming, live and taped, is produced by volunteers trained by WHC-TV's staff.

Who sets WHC-TV Policy?
